This was the first time we have visited this restaurant, it won’t be the last. From the moment we arrived ( without a booking) the service from Caudio was fabulous. He kept us laughing & happy throughout the entire evening. The food was so good.. more than good , delicious, incredible, beautiful.. I could go on.. 3 of us shared the salt baked fish .. the presentation was fun, theatrical almost & so professional. The quality of the fish was exceptional.. one of us had pasta Norma .. delicious, fresh & so tasty. Another had the salmon. Again so fresh & so very well prepared & cooked. They have a good selection of wines, we enjoyed the pecorino.. so the chef certainly deserves a mention here. First class cooking & presentation. As front of house Claudio is their Gem. He is passionate about the food, the customers & he cares what experience you are having. The ambience is classy & everywhere very clean. Thank you for helping us have one of the best evenings in...

Every dish is a small masterpiece. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the flavor combinations are both surprising and delightful. I especially want to commend the staff, particularly Claudio. His passion and dedication make you feel like the most welcome guest. Claudio doesn't just serve the food; he tells its story, and his recommendations are always spot-on. Read moreA very nice addition to the Marsaskala restaurant scene.
We’ve had pastas and steaks.
The negative at the moment is service. The staff is mostly kind. Although I’m not sure they are all aware of what’s on the wine menu. I asked what wine they had by glass and they sed - it’s good - not like other restaurants.. second time I noticed they had Peimitivo and Barbera.. could have told me. And it was served lurk warm - ie 30-35 degrees so I left it. ( this is a problem in general that many restaurants don’t keep wine by glas in the right temp).
Another time we had the manager dining with friends at a mother table. Needless to say, all focus went there.
These small things keep it from a 5/5. But I’m sure they will get there. There aren’t to many real restaurants left in Marsaskala. Most just do some pastas...
