Sa Chico's — Restaurant in Marsascala

Totally NOT SERVED by SA CHICOS Marsaskala. Arrived yesterday about 2.30 for lunch, ordered drinks and food about.2.40. Waiter explained was busy and that a wait of 25/30 minutes could be expected for food. No problem and we accepted that. After 40 minutes we asked for an update and after checking, the waiter said it was almost ready. We waited another 15 mins or so and still no food. I then sought out waiter who said give us five more minutes. I reluctantly accepted this, becoming very annoyed. I sat down and waited yet again. At 3.50 I had had enough and went and angrily paid for drinks never to return. TOTAL DISASTER Bye SA CHICOS and thanks for wasting almost 1 1/2 hours of our time. Not served...

The best home cooked food by Anna. So good that after we discovered Chicos we ate there on our 3 remaining nights. Extremely friendly staff, amazing value and service. Thanks Anna for the best ever homemade tiramisu... You might need to wait a little longer to be served but it's worth it... The food is freshly cooked and smells fantastic as it wafts its way passed you... Service was always with a smile ..... Absolutely perfect place to eat and...

Locale terribile. Il peggiore che mi sia capitato a Malta, in cui stavo con la mia famiglia. Il servizio, tranne per la gentilissima cameriera di origine siciliana, è pessimo. Non sanno trattare il turista e pretendono anche di avere ragione se fai una richiesta. Di solito prima ancora di ordinare per noi, facciamo subito per la bambina. Ma dopo 1 ora e 15 minuti, ancora nulla. Vado a chiedere e viene detto FALSAMENTE che c'era un sacco di gente. Siamo arrivati tardi a cena e la gente era stata servita. Infatti, IN QUEL MOMENTO, la cuoca ha iniziato a fare la comanda. Si erano dimenticati. Il tutto, con raccomandazione che c'era una neonata... Questo è il riguardo che hanno avuto per l'unica bambina del ristorante. E mi davano addosso per averlo fatto notare. Inutile dire che la pasta era scotta ma per una neonata di un anno e 5 mesi va bene. Le nostre pietanze erano terribili. Patate fritte molto spesse e crude dentro. Il mio pollo era completamente asciutto e il maiale della mia compagna una vera ciabatta (com'è possibile con una carne grassa?!). Le verdure sciape e cotte anch'esse male... Ma perché vendicarsi sui clienti se si lamentano di essersi dimenticati di una bambina? Chiunque impara e continua a imparare. Sconsigliato agli italiani e ai turisti...
