I've eaten Aljotta (fish soup) several times in Malta, but the one Giuseppe serves is brilliant. You must try it!!! Unfortunately, Lampuki, which I tried in other places and for which I was sharpening my teeth, ran out just before my visit. I was disconsolate, but I think this dish is worthy of a royal table there. In Malta they say that the class of a place and the chef cooking there is judged by the taste of Aljotta. Pork was sent wrapped in foil with some congealed gravy on it, how are you supposed to get gravy out off foil, especially in the state it was. As main courses we ordered 2 raviollis and 1 penne bolognese, the raviollis were impossible to eat as bad they were, the pasta and sauce weren't fresh and they served spaghetti instead of penne that we have ordered. To complete the disaster, they charged more 1 euro for the Spaghetti and 0.30p for ice tea. After we complained about the bill mistake, they corrected just the pasta price and the drink they justified the price was wrong at the menu and they didn't fix it. We will never came back. Avoid...
