Don't waste your time! I gave it two stars instead of one only because the drink was decent and the lady who made my drink was nice.

I went into the café and wasn't greeted, only when I sat down at a dirty table I was asked if I wanted a menu. This was after I spent time staring at the desserts on display. While I was standing there I asked the male member of staff if there was anything gluten free and he said 'no, no we don't do gluten free'. Please see my video where it shows 'gluten free' on a sticker on the window 😉. So all I could order was a drink. Even though I was seated I still had to get up and order rather than having table service like every other seated customer. I specifically told this male member of staff that I want it to have in as HE ASKED ME. After waiting nearly 40 MINUTES for a mochacino he walks past and goes 'hey mochacino there' gesturing for me to go and get it myself. It was given to me in a takeaway cup. Again, I ordered it to have in. I told the barista this and even she looked annoyed. She happily made it again and said that it will be bought over to me at my table.

Horrible service from this male member of staff and disgraceful that you advertise as catering to those needing gluten free but clearly don't have anything! Ridiculous...

Ordered a coffee and croissant. The croissant came and was dry as hell. So I took it to the bar and really calmly asked the man to change it for a fresher one, he agreed and I was about to go back to my seat and put it down to an oversight when all of a sudden a waitress came over and started getting defensive insisting it WAS fresh and it was made today. I own a cafe in London and and would not even dream of serving this, if my bakery sent me this I would sent it back. The croissant was not today or yesterday or even from three days ago, it was dry and crusty I’m also not an idiot and don’t appreciate someone trying convince me food tastes good when it doesn’t. She wouldn’t let it go! So I said fine, if this was made today you need to change the recipe as it’s disgusting and off I went. She proceeded to give me dirty looks the whole time I sat here then the chap brought me over another MUCH fresher one (still not made today) but perfectly edible and all was fine. I then saw her pick a fight with him over it, then accuse another waiter of being lazy all within ear shot. Get rid...

We were in this cafe today. And I was very shocked by how the staff works.First, you will have to wait a very long time for the waiter to take your order.The second one will take a very long time to bring you your order.And today I saw how the employees of this cafe touch the products that people order with their hands.For croissants with different pastries just with your hands without using special tools And now there will be the icing on the cake-I saw how an employee of this cafe took a croissant with his hands, made a hole in the croissant with his finger, simply squeezed cream into it and took this order to the person who did it.I don’t know, maybe it’s normal when an employee with dirty hands, without using gloves, simply makes a hole in a croissant with her finger and then simply wipes it off.Personally, this is a shock for me and I have concluded that I will not drink or eat anything in this...
