Dal Siciliano Pizzeria — Restaurant in Sliema

Located near the beaches in Sliema, Dal Siciliano consists of 3x cuisines (Los Hermanos - Burgers, Latin American - Chivos & Pizza - Dal Siciliano) and the dishes are listed on the one menu, divided accordingly.

When we visited, it was busy outside and quieter inside. We got a table fairly quick, but just note that this place is huge with areas downstairs and in the main, upstairs restaurant.

They also have cocktail hour - all day, everyday. Their elderflower spritz is worth a try and they don't skimp. The mocktails/non alcoholic are not included in this promo.

Ordered a dish from the 'Chivos' Menu - Lomo Saltado; the beef had a nice charcoal, grilled flavour with chips and rice. Order the 'Prosciuto e Funghi' - lovely Neapolitan pizza - soggy in the middle, crisp crusts.

The host was friendly and she was very polite and apologetic as it was some time before the pizza came out. With patrons who arrived after us being served with their pizzas/burgers first. (NB it is stated on the menu, depending on the cuisine you order from - food may be delivered at different times).

Service is slightly slow, with only 3x servers to cover the whole restaurant however their pizzas/cocktails are worth trying if you're on this side...

At first we were unsure whether the restaurant still existed. All you can see from the outside is "Corner Crave". But you've definitely at the right place. The pizza was unique and very tasty. The crust initially appears to be a thick crust of dough. In fact, it is a sophisticated light preparation. The tomato sauce on the piazza is excellent and really tastes of summer tomatoes - something I very rarely experience. The service is very friendly and welcoming. The ambience could emphasise the restaurant character a little more, but here the food plays the main role. I really like pizza, but this one was truly outstanding. Got our pizzas both times to-go. And they were stunning . The pizza has a very thin bottom with fresh ingredients on top .each pizza is perfectly balanced in flavor and I promise everyone can find their favorite there . I especially recommend the one with pistachios . It’s creamy and has a light lovely crunch to it with the pistachios and Burrata . Don’t let a new flavor intimate you but let it take you on a journey . Ordered it twice during my stay here on Malta and I’d recommend it anytime to anyone at least once . Also you can eat it by the sea with a bottle of wine or beer so you’ll have a lovely view AND good food Lord of love...
