Jain's Little India Tribeca Mall — Restaurant in Isle Mauritius

Today 25th Feb, I went to buy Pani Puri ,samous etc..around 2pm. The Pani Puri sauce was spoiled. I went to complain to the cashier. He went inside to check and informed me that it is not spoiled and kept insisting. He kept staring at me like I came to beg there. After 5 minutes I left from there and went to other restaurants to buy something else. After eating at around 14.30-45, I took the 2 plates of Pani Puri I returned it back there n I left. Lack of customer service. When a customer complains, it is not taken into consideration. For the first time , I had a very bad experience. I am a regular customer, I know the taste of Pani Puri. I bought samous which were cold. I usually get it hot every time I purchased it. Later someone called and my sister,he asked us if we want to take something else. We were already full as we purchased food somewhere else after our first complain. We left without taking anything and no refund as well. Waste of...

This place is a complete disappointment. They call it Taste of India, but what they serve is nothing close to Indian food. It’s just Mauritian Indian food drowned in sugar.

We ordered 3 Papi Chat – it wasn’t hot, wasn’t spicy, and wasn’t even chaat. They simply mixed everything in a bowl and poured loads of creamy sugar on top. The result was disgusting, leaving us with a vomit-like sensation.

When I asked if this is really the “Taste of India,” they couldn’t even answer. If you can’t serve authentic Indian flavors, then stop misleading people. Don’t mock India’s name...

Worst experience..we ask while ordering if the food is suitable for kids as they don't can handle super spicy food and the guy told us no, not spicy..

This panner thali is spicy as hell and had to throw all the thali an we adult out mouth was burning we had to go and buy other food.

We went back to told the guy about spicy food but he dnt have expression

Next to you food items put a spicy level logo so that people know how spicy it is .

We felt they just want another sale rather telling us the truth..spoiled...
