Basically you never have Penne Pasta in the Ebene outlet.. and the staff should be more mindful about the orders. When they said that they only have 1 type of pasta which is tagliatelle, we ordered 2 burgers instead with adds ons. The add ons were no where to be found on the burgers but they were duly charged in the bill.

I even ordered a side sweet potato fries again they messed up with my order and gave me normal fries. I had to wait for 15 additional minutes for them to take away the normal fries and give me what i ordered! It's really inconvenient specially in lunch time when you have a limited amount of time as lunch break and they make you wait for so long even though you already placed your order on call 1 hour ago before going into...

Good atmosphere, really nice good, I got the black burger, it was really nice with the beef, yes it is halaal there. I really enjoyed the moment😄😍, my first time there, and I would recommend it to everyone to try once. The price is quite high, but for once in a while you can treat yourself. I will recommend the sweet potato fries, instead of normal fries for a change, it just give a different vibe and taste with the burger. The burger size didn’t meet expectations, especially considering the price. We had the Bluesheep, the taste was okay, but definitely overpriced for the portion. The chips were disappointing; they lacked flavor and weren’t worth it. I wasn’t a fan of the drinks being served in plastic cups instead of glasses, though I suppose that’s part of the concept.
