I'm rating both the restaurant as well as the seats to chill on the beach, and, most importantly, Efrén and his tour agency + surf board rental.
We spent 4 days in SA, each day we ended up at Alejandra's. You can sit on the beach chairs as long as you consume something (no added cost, no minimum consumption, fair to middle ranged prices, pasta was superb). The location is awesome to catch some beginner waves just in front.
Efrén has good boards, rents them without a hassle and is always up for a good chat. Best was the tour with him for animal sightseeing on the sea. He's a skilled navigator, has a good boat, doesn't fill it up until the last inch (as others do) and has great expertise to track the animals down.
