The food - very disappointed. The cream soups tasted like flour. Obviously they didn't cook the roux before adding the cream. The risotto was flavorless. The carbonara was fairly good, except swimming in butter. The breads were stale Not a fan of black vegetables served on a black plate in the dark... 😖🤔 The canoli was dry, stale and flavorless. The sea bass was among the best I’ve ever had. The vegetables were good. The potatoes were not very fresh. The seafood risotto was perfectly cooked and had a fresh flavor palette. The desserts were delicious and the flavor profile was even better after we let them warm up a bit. The view was pf the sea and it really couldn’t be any better!
