Dinner at 7 on a sunday, not busy at all. Tortilla soup 🍲 presentation was fun. My son liked that and the soup was tasty. The 3 little samplers were nice. The shrimp 🍤 tacos were okay but I really miss the coleslaw tanginess with seafood tacos. I guess this resort doesn't' do that because none of the restaurants here have done a seafood taco with a coleslaw, only dry shredded cabbage. Anyway they also tempura cooked them with tails on, so if you don't eat shrimp tails, you'll need to take them off before you eat the taco or you'll get a extra crunchy surprise 🫢 The bbq pork is good, very sweet. Did not like the guacamole 🥑, it doesn't taste fresh. The very best part of my entire meal was the Moka coffee. OMG 🥰 But the square coffee mugs are hard to drink out of There was some live music, a gentleman sat down and played the piano 🎹 but it was very loud and made even table conversation difficult. And when it should be ambient background music, it became more obnoxious circus music. Glad we left when we did.

This initial impression of this restaurant was impressive, but the limited menu didn’t deter us. The food arrived slowly, but the presentation was nice but wasn’t the best experience. The main issues were: -The kids portions were adult size, but not a huge issue. - My chicken Alfredo had uncooked fettuccine, and dry chicken. - All chicken dishes were dry. - My mother’s sea bass looked different from what it should have. Based on these experiences, I advise against dining here. The food quality is not the best, and it’s unlikely to meet the expectations of discerning diners. The restaurant is maybe likely to get better in the future.

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Service was the best we’ve had at the resort. The atmosphere was outstanding. The dinner music was intoxicating. The filet and shrimp was excellent. The snapper was flavorful although a little overcooked. The bone marrow a little undercooked but otherwise the ribeye tacos were really good and made the dish. The deserts were a solid 5 stars.

I'm trying to leave 1 star as my review and Google keeps defaulting to 4 stars.

We arrived on time for our 8:40pm reservation. We were sat after which we waited 15 minutes for someone to bring us water or take our drink order. It then took another fifteen minutes before our drinks arrived. At the 30 minute mark, our waiter, Antonio, finally came by to introduce himself, with no apology for the long delay. He seemed to want to rush us to order. I said I wanted to order soups and get the wine list before I ordered dinner, as restaurants famously like to bring entrees before you are done with appetizers or soups/salads. He decided to punish us by not taking our order till way after the e were done with our soups. Meanwhile, I had finished my water and cocktail and sat for about half an hour without a drink.

Finally, we ordered an appetizer, entrees and a bottle of Decoy Cabernet. Antonio then brought us wine glasses. After a 20 minute wait, which I believe the waiter chose on purpose, Antonio brought the bottle. He then walked away without opening it. We waited till he finally brought alternative wine glasses and opened the wine.

After 30 to 40 minutes, he brought dinner. We never did get the appetizer. My dad's New York steak was very thin, but at least it was tough and hard to cut. I'm pretty sure his steak came from an Ox that was used to plow fields and after it died of old age, the restaurant bought it and served it as NY steak. My lobster was also tough and hard to cut. I've had better lobster at fast food restaurants in Las Vegas casinos.

The waiter thought we were so stupid he kept making terrible jokes, that were passive aggressive stabs at us. He also liked to keep asking if everything was ok, as an additional jab, as he knew he was purposely providing terrible service and making us wait unreasonable long for everything.

My all inclusive package did not include bottles of wine and when I asked the price range he said "$40 to $50, you can afford it". How does he know what I can afford. What an arrogant jackass. My Decoy Cab, which sells in stores in the US for under $30 and in restaurants for $60 to $70 cost me $175 plus a 20% gratuity.

This is the worst restaurant and worst service I've ever had in my life. I've never had a waiter purposely try and ruin my evening before. At the end when he brought the check he said "it doesn't include gratuity", which was a lie because it says right on the check that a 20% gratuity was automatically included

I've had better food in the stands at a baseball game and the service was atrocious. Don't waste your time here. You'll regret it. My life is worse after experiencing this trash heap of...
