We had the most incredible experience at Las Palmas! Our server, Carlito, went above and beyond to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed from start to finish. We had caught fresh Dorado earlier that day, and he helped us have it prepared as both ceviche and fish tacos. The process was so seamless, and the food came out absolutely delicious - fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. A LV/ES old faithful! We enjoyed yet another meal this morning and decided it was time to share some love. The Service is friendly, and yes, slow. Especially on a Sunday with lots of local families coming after Mass. The food is worth the wait.
