Tacos El Patrón is our absolute favorite little gem in Cabo. Tucked away in Plaza Nova, it’s a cozy, hole-in-the-wall kind of place — but don’t let the size fool you. The food, the atmosphere, and the service are always top-notch.

The owner is usually there, and he’s one of the reasons we keep coming back. He’s genuinely welcoming and takes great care of his customers. You can tell he really takes pride in what he does, and it shows in every visit.

The food? Incredible. Their tacos are consistently delicious, and everything is cooked to order. But the real standouts for us are the chilaquiles and pancakes — seriously the best we’ve had anywhere! Even their coffee is surprisingly great, which is just another reason this place checks all the boxes.

We have lived in Cabo San Lucas for 5 years. Through those years we have tried many restaurants specializing in tacos. This place has the best tacos in Cabo. The tempura shrimp taco is amazing. My wife likes the fish tempura which is excellent. The garnish and salsas are creative and add to the taste experience. All ingredients are fresh and delicious. The owner and staff are professional and welcoming. We dine here at least once a week....
