Applebee´s Rosarito — Restaurant in Baja California

07/02/18 I was there since 7 in the morning for the last football game that Mexico was going to be partaking in. There was no Hostess to seat anyone who was there early for the game, everyone had to seat themselves which wasn't such a bad thing but at the same time a little chaotic for the waiters. Unorganized is what it was.

Waiter took too long to get to the table and take the order. Long story short, from the time I ordered until the time I should receive my food was about a good 45 minutes! And all I wanted was eggs! when I first got the eggs I realized how disgusting it was to find a hair in one of them! When I asked the waiter to replace them or fix the plate, he decided it would be a good idea to crack jokes and say that it was extra protein that was placed on the plate!

Overall was very disappointing! and the manager was not very happy about the half at the same time there was no discount or anything to compensate for my unhappy visit to this place! I don't recommend it and never again will ever step foot in this particular...

🧑‍🍳 5/2/2923: Yesterday afternoon we tried Applebees for lunch. We hadn't eaten at Applebees for years because the meal & service was undesirable.

During this visit the meals as you can see we're very enjoyable and tasty, and the server 👌; the atmosphere & decor were delightful.

❌ One exception is the TV 📺 should have relaxing soft jazz being played during early dining hours and NOT distracting soccer games.

Statement on the There (3) menus should politely state "This is a family restaurant please be considerate and keep the tone of your conversation to a minimum 🦁 roar while other customers are dining. Thank you kindly the management. Bruce Warren...

Although the portions are subpar compared to other locations, it is the poor service that makes this place one to stay away from. Particularly because the manager thinks he got the position so he could sit around and eat, instead of taking care of the clients. When I say I am unhappy with a meal or other product, I expect the manager to come and find out why, not argue with me and tell me not to pay, but to leave now!
