11/16/19 I went to the drive-thru and the lady attended me on speaker was very nice and very respectful. The only detail was with the speaker box, it didn't work very well, hard to hear.
The lady at the window was very kind as I mentioned earlier but she was also very patient because I ordered last minute items as soon as I got to the window. So the service was very good overall, but the food on the other hand was a completely different story! (See photos)
I ordered a normal Whopper and they gave me such a large piece of onion that it was nothing but an onion burger! The taste was also horrible because it tasted like nothing but onion! I would go back just for the service and to see if the food comes...

Had a bad experience both times I went here. They had no lids for my cup next to the soda machine so I went to the register to grab one (since there was no one there in the front) and I went back to my table and an employee followed me all the way to my table just to tell me I "couldn't do that". I was upset and spoke to the manager shortly. Another occasion, I was in the lady's bathroom with my mom and a male manager went in there without even knocking first which was a turn off for us.. and not to mention that the food there isn't good at all.. it has no taste.. just tastes plain and the place is dirty too. Carl's Jr. in Villa Floresta near Calimax is so much better. They should close down the BK...

Sad to write about it but it was the wors fast food experience, we ordered 4 kids meals and had to wait 70 mins to get it. The place was filthy and smelled like public restroom since we got inside the building. The manager wasnt there and Iais or whoever name was in charge denied to give us the promotional toys because it was too much paperwork for the manager. Absolute disgrace to the Burguer king chain. There was only 2 employees with facemasks in the kitchen and mores than 35 people inside without facemasks waiting for their food while they closed the door with the key so no more people could get it.
