This coffee shop is very cute and has so much potential to get 5 stars. The decor is cute and outside area you can sit on some swings while talking into an open window. But the customer service and unorganized service brought my review down. Someone needs to retrain the staff. The guy taking our order needs education on how to provide good customer service. His attitude was very dry, very rude and looked unhappy to be there. It was our first time there and it was not a pleasant experience. One guy took orders and other made drinks. There was 5 of us and we each ordered drinks and pastries. They take your name and call you when order is ready. But when you go to get your drink they did not provide us with our pastries. I waited 25 minutes before going to go ask for them. When I went to ask for pastries the same gentlemen who took our order who is in his early 30’s, curly hair, kinda dark with light brown eyes got annoyed and said he would bring them out. But he was clearly upset that I asked for them. He finally brings pastries and it is only order of one person. Where was order of other 4 people? So I go back to counter and tell him we are still missing pastries. He is annoyed again. He ask what we ordered. I tell him what we ordered and he still forgot some of the pastries. So then my Brother-in-law law went to get his pasties because his were forgotten also. I understand they can get busy. But a word of advice is “when you call person to come pick up their drink make sure you have entire order ready for customer pick up or hand pastries to customer when they place order. We should not be handed a incomplete order. I should not have had to go back 3 times. I love coffee and their pastries were delicious but they definitely need some improvement and retraining. Also word to wise they need to serve HOT drinks. We ordered Mocha’s and they were not hot at all. Maybe...
Read moreUsually, when I notice an empty establishment, I tend to steer clear. However, this particular place had such an appealing facade that I couldn't resist giving it a chance. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
To begin with, I noticed that the pastries on display behind the glass were swarmed with flies. I brought this issue to the attention of one of the workers, but regrettably, it appeared as though my concern fell on deaf ears as they didn't seem to take any immediate action.
Despite my initial disappointment, I decided to order two pastries from a different section, ensuring they were far away from the flies. To my dismay, these pastries were an utter letdown. They were as hard as rocks and had an unpalatable taste. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff, hoping for a resolution, but to my surprise, they dismissed my complaint, asserting that such quality was normal.
As if that weren't disappointing enough, the tea I ordered had an unpleasant taste, and my girlfriend's coffee wasn't any better. It pains me to leave a negative review, but I feel compelled to convey my experience accurately. This place may have a shiny exterior, but when it comes to the food and drinks, they leave a sour taste in one's mouth. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a more enjoyable dining experience.
In fairness to this establishment, they did offer to refund the cost of the two pastries I found unsatisfactory. While this was a positive gesture, in my opinion, they should have gone a step further and refunded the entire order, considering the subpar quality of the food and drinks.
I genuinely hope that the owner takes note of these issues and makes a concerted effort to address them. If improvements are not made, it's likely that this place will continue to struggle with low patronage, as word-of-mouth can significantly impact the reputation of any...
Horrible
“Definitivamente no...
