Macchiato Coffee House — Restaurant in Baja California

Waited over 20 minutes to get my order. Gave me wrong order three times paid for a large iced coffee told lady and she didn't correct it. Poured the hot drink she made wrong and put it in an iced cup. The drink is hot and horrible. I can tell what she did. Will never come back. Very disappointed because I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here. You're place has gone downhill over the last year. Horrible way to handle your own mistakes. I expect better out of this place. I was wrong. I do not recommend unless you want expensive coffee that is wrong...

Tuvimos una no muy buena experiencia, ya que llegamos una hora y media antes de cerrar, pedimos dos bebidas una caliente y una fría y un postre, el postre lo llevaron súper rápido, pero las bebidas tardaron MEDIA HORA EN LLEGAR y no fueron ni buenos para pedir una disculpa o dar una breve explicación de la tardanza, le preguntamos al chico que está en caja sobre las bebidas y nos ignoró, cuando por fin nos llevaron lo que pedimos la bebida caliente estaba FRÍA, (no tienen microoondas para acabarla), y justo 15 minutos antes de cerrar nos llevó la cuenta, muy rapidito ese asunto, pero el servicio CERO, no recomiendo la verdad,...
