MamaMia Pizza Suc. Rosarito — Restaurant in Baja California

I am so appalled by the lack of good customer service out here in Mexico with chain restaurants. Speaking of Mama Mia‘s Pizza only, they delivered the wrong pizza to me and then argued with me about the issue. The girl who I spoke with just now Told me that I would have to wait a while because they have a lot more orders ahead of mine at this point and then they can exchange the pizza out. She told me they want the pizza back in the hole and we have to wait until the correct one comes with no compensation or anything of any sort. We ordered this pizza and hour and a half ago and are now having to wait another hour and a half just to get the pizza we want it. If this was the pizza I ordered anyhow it looks absolutely dry and horrible not worth 160 pesos. I am so...

I would write a more positive review . But recently this Mamamias location has been quite disappointing.

Ive been in Rosarito for years and I never had an issue with this place up until recently. I considered them the best place with the best pizza . But honestly disappointed for what has changed . The tomato sauce is disgusting now . No good deals like they use to have . And every time I order delivery they always tend to forget the card readers . This place HAS potential but has been slacking...

I just called this place and they took forever to answer, which is fine. When the lady that was taking my order shared their deals, she did not even try to offer anything else. I asked her to hold so I could discuss it with my friends and when I told her I would call back to order (so I didn’t waste her time) she simply hung up, no “thank you” no “I can wait”. Terrible customer service...
