Starbucks Rosarito DT — Restaurant in Baja California

I was in this place for the second time since it opened in December of this year and I was impressed by the dual levels with seating both upstairs and downstairs plus a drive thru window. The place is clean and appears to be reasonably quiet. The prices are fair and the staff seem to be amiable enough for even the most disgruntled of coffee drinkers seeking their beverage of choice. I usually don’t have a problem with this place. I come every weekend because my mom lives down here. I usually just go through the drive tru and have excellence service. Today I went to get a few drinks for the family. I hate when they try to add extra fees thinking that because you are not a local you won’t notice.
