Aldo's Gelato — Restaurant in Cancún

Wanted to go for an ice cream but the staff started making fun of us! The two guys behind the counter were clearly laughing with us which is absolutely NOT appreciated! They were making comments, in Spanish, but little did they know I understand the lingo!

Maybe if they want to laugh with customers then they should be a bit more discreet! Or better yet, don't do it at all! I really had to compose myself not to jump over the counter and teach them a bit of manners.

Absolutely don't recommend this place since the staff laughs with you and makes fun of you because you're not Mexican!

I love aldos. I’ve only tried every location in playa. It was nice to see an aldos at the mall. I’m glad I saw it while I was eating or else I wouldn’t have saved room for it. Different locations have different flavors. This location had my favorite vegan flavors I’ve found. They had Stracciatella. I have never seen vegan stracc and it was delicious. Wow, this place is like a trip to the Willy Wonka ice cream factory. I ordered the Berry Good bubble waffle with salted caramel ice cream and had the time of my life 🤣 The ice cream alone was good, but all the other goodies make this the bomb!!
