Bien Mucho Restaurante — Restaurant in Cancún

Our first night in cancún, and we were really eager to have a delicious, authentic mexican meal to kick off our vacation. After a little googling I found this spot, nice and near to our airbnb, and wow, im glad I did!

Carlos took care of us the whole night, he was very friendly and patient with our attempts to speak spanish with him, and he was very willing to translate when we needed it.

After we had the menu figured out, we ate a few delicious burritos and tacos, had some jugo de birria, and plenty of chips with guacamole. Everything was fantastic, super filling, and didnt take too long to arrive.

Cannot recommend this place enough if youre looking for a real authentic mexican meal in cancún!

Our waiter was good, food was good but spicy. When it was time to pay the bill, the lady in charge stayed next to us and never left until the bill was paid. She didn't wait for us to get ready to pay. Not sure if maybe she wanted to finish her turn to go home, but it was kind...

🚨Mala atención con el gerente🚨 tuvimos que ir fácilmente 4 a 5 veces a solicitar una factura de hace 1 mes y nos traía locos con llamadas, whatsaap e íbamos al local y nada, que su sistema se había ido y todo un rollo.

Yo creo que ya está última ves se enfadó y por fin nos dio solución, que pena que uno va con el mejor plan de ir a consumir y desde un inicio se les haga hincapié de la factura y uno tenga que estar insistiendo para que te la entreguen y a mal modo. Pero son experiencias para saber donde uno si tiene que ir y donde no se debe de consumir en nuestro caso aquí. Última ves que vamos... 😔😔😔
