Domino's Puerto Cancun — Restaurant in Cancún

Big scam. Ordered through their site and waited for our pizzas, which were marked as “on-route”. After waiting patiently (we were staying at the hotel next door so we figured it wouldnt take long) i decided to call. They were nice enough to tell me that they had canceled my order. Awesome. Asked what we could do to solve it and they were quick to tell me their ovens were turned off. Definitely feel scammed, theyre either too lazy to work or just not bothered with satisfying orders. Now we need to...

I had entered an online order and went to pick up however when i hot there the manager was taking an order on the phone. I saw my pizza coming out but after the manager got off the phone he rudely told me there was someone in front of me whose order was not out of the oven. He took care pf that persons order then waited on me to give me my now cold pizza. He thought because I was a tourist he could treat me this way but actually we are residents and ones that will not do business with Dominoes...

Pedí una pizza por la app, y note que mi dirección no se actualizó al cien.. por lo que llamé enseguida y confirmé mi orden de pizza y la dirección correcta.. me confirmaron que no habia problema.. pasaron 41 minutos (y desde la media hora yo estaba llamando al número de la sucursal, cosa que no contestaron si no hasta mi septima llamada)... y me dicen: el repartidor debe de estar ahí cerca.. pero yo ya estaba un poco molesta, pues no me contestaban el telefono (que raro!) ... en seguida el repartidor me dice es q me tarde xq la dirección estaba mal y me fuí al otro lado... sorpresa para mi, y le dije como ??? Si yo llamé efectivamente para que no te mandaran a otro lado.. y en la app pedí pago con tarjeta y el chavo llego sin terminal... (kill me)... le dije sabes que ? Llevate tu pizza.... Que pésimo servicio y cero comunicación tienen !! Mejor pido en Casa Jaguar mas barato, y mil...
