McDonald's — Restaurant in Cancún

The food was fine, Most of the staff is kind, generous, and very helpful. One female manager refuses to do anything to help customers is it as it requires movement. I asked her to check the lost and found for a cellphone and she said she needed a police report to do that. However, the first 3 times I went she just told me to come back later. Every time I cam ack she had a new excuse for why she couldn't help me.I finally asked to speak. to a different manager she then said that everyone is a manager, so I said, great, can I talk. to one them instead? She said no, I have to deal with her. During the whole discussion she kept cutting me off and refused to let me finish my sentences. Then when it was my turn to speak she turned her back to me and walked away. I am not saying she is a bad person, but I am saying she had no customer service skills and should probably consider a job where hostility is a benefit. Every one else...

Where do I start. There was a language barrier since this is in Mexico so I had to place my order with the manager. No big deal, she was a very nice lady. My food sat there for 15 minutes as they were calling out my order in Spanish, I obviously couldn't understand. I ordered a happy meal and was expecting to see it in a box like all of the other happy meals going out but no, it was in a bag. I ordered a water and they poured a coke(another reason why I didn't think it was my order), they didn't give me the yogurt or the toy either. The worst part is the boy cashier thought it was hilarious that the food sat there so long without me knowing it. This was the absolute worst McDonalds I've ever been too.
