Mega as it's called is sort of a Mexican version of a standard Smith's or Albertsons Supermarket. This one has virtually none of the staff that speak any English. Bakery charm department is different for those of us from North America United States oh, you go around with a platter and tongs and pick out your pastries and Breads and then take it up to the counter to be wrapped and price. Buen día , solo quiero dejar mi experiencia que me tocó vivir en esta tienda, el sábado visitamos la tienda para comprar nuestro pino navideño, ya tenían pocos artículos , así que pedí al supervisor de cajas me vocearan a un encargado de los navideño para que me atendiera, mi sorpresa fue que nunca se voceó al encargado del área, bueno decidí tomar un árbol que estaba en la entrada ya que la atención estaba pésima , me lleve el árbol ami casa y al colocarlo no se quedaba derecho se iba de lado lo intenté de mil maneras y nada. Decidí regresar ala tienda para que me cambiaran el arbolito , yo esperando una mejor atención, mi mayor sorpresa fue , que desde que me acerqué a servicio al cliente el mismo supervisor de cajas del día anterior me miró molesto porque sabía que llevaba el artículo a devolver , cuando me acerque a él porque se que es el encargado del área sólo me dijo con muy mala actitud que pasara a servicio al cliente, de muy mala manera me atendieron y llamaron al encargado de ferretería que también llego con pésima actitud y pregunto porque la devolución yo le expliqué que el pino no se quedaba derecho que no me servía y ella me dijo que no lo había puesto bien. Le dije no me sirve necesito mi devolución y cuando le pregunta la chica de servicio al cliente que motivó ponía ella dijo por gusto. Lo cual me molesto mucho la actitud de la empleada ya que no voy a regresar un artículo por gusto cuando yo lo necesitaba y ya había invertido mi tiempo en armar. De verdad que mal servicio y pésima actitud. Tengo 3 años viviendo en Cancún y era clienta de esa tienda ahora con la pena tendré que buscar otras opciones. Accessibility: 5 of 5 There is a ramp from the parking garage I to the lower retail area, an ramp (not stair) escalators up and down into/from Mega.

Cleanliness: 2 of 5 Store - 4 of 5 Bathroom: 0 of 5 Never fail to plan ahead so that you don't ever need to use these. They are disgusting. Pretty sure the management has the staff come in to pee and smear crap on things to prepare...
