Quiero externar la mala experiencia de compra que tuve en Starbucks Cumbres en Cancún donde la persona que tomó mi pedido, Derek V., tomó la orden como quiso, cobrándome bebidas que no había solicitado. Había pedido un Flat White con leche regular y el muchacho me dio un caramel Macchiato. Por otro lado, es la primera vez que no se me da la opción de que al comprar un Tumbler se me de la bebida a aparte, arbitrariamente me dijo que solo en el tumbler.

Posteriormente, cuando quería recoger mis alimentos, me hizo falta un croissant de jamón y queso, me acercó a la barra donde entregan los alimentos y le pido a la chica que está preparando las bebidas, de nombre Gaby, que me hacía falta un alimento, primero con todo el desinterés y flojera me dice que aún estaban sacando alimentos (ya me habían entregado el otro 5 minutos antes), y después pregunta con el que prepara (que resultó ser el mismo Derek V), este le dice que ya salieron y que seguro ya se lo llevaron, a lo que le digo que no podrían habérselo llevado porque yo no lo tenía entregado mi mesa.

De verdad que es la primera vez que vivo una experiencia de compra tan mala en Starbucks y vaya que he visitado varios en la república así como en el extranjero y veo que los muchachos que tienen trabajando en cumbres tienen una pésima actitud, realmente espero que inviertan más en entrenamiento a su personal así como su manejo a la frustración porque ellos lo transmiten a...

BE VERY CAREFUL IN THIS STARBUCKS - they SCAM YOU!! This is the second Starbucks in Cancún that has pulled this Scam! Starbucks was pretty much the same as in Canada and the U.S. The exception is getting a good type of cream. Not just at Starbucks, but everywhere you go for a coffee it's rare to find any cream higher than 10 percent. So, you're definitely out of luck if you like your coffee with 15% or 18% cream.
