If you're in Celestun and only dine at the beachfront locations, let me just say...WRONG. Walk into town and on the SE part of the town square is an oasis, that makes you feel all good inside, let alone the food being tasty delicious. Theres no rushing around, onlu careful and considerate preparation of your meal. The service is brought to you with a smile and kindness. The space is home and rustic, with charm to spare. We sat and ate in comfort while gazing out at the square, where Celestun truly comes alive with local culture and life. Read moreI liked this place very much. They made a special vegan pasta for me, which they didn’t have in the menu. I went back the next day, and they prepared vegan enchiladas 🌱 (with spinach) even though they were not on the menu. They were delicious. I paid like $95 MXN for them.
It is a family owned place, and I loved the service. Yaurit and her husband are doing a great job with this place.
The kitchen is clean. I could see it from where I was sitting. That made me trust them and the food I ate.
