Ginger Lab — Restaurant in Chiapas

I loooove this place . There is a saying : "one is a point , 2 is a line , 3 is a trend". I have been there 5 times and each one of them have been a success, each time with different friends. When I drink , i wish it to be super crafted , refined, subtle and in a mind expansive environment. Here i get all of that . The place , the people , all is conducive to a mind blown . The drinks, Everytime I go there, are an explosion of the senses. Mixology is an art and they certainly have mastered it at ginger lab. They will create your very unique potion with such delight for the way it is contained. Prices go accordingly to the experience. You can get a simple cocktail for 75 pesos and up ... Fair to my opinion.

I came to Ginger Lab hoping to treat myself to a great cocktail, and what I got was so much more! The staff, WOW! Every single person I interacted with was genuinely invested in creating the best possible experience, using the finest ingredients with intention and care.

They don’t just make drinks, they share the experience, thoughtfully walking you through each step of the process. The atmosphere is impeccably curated: the lighting, the glassware, the artwork… every detail contributes to an unforgettable vibe.

Huge shoutout to Karol, Estetania, Alvarado, and Ortiz, thank you for making my visit so special. Keep doing what you’re doing. Ginger Lab is something truly unique in San Cristóbal...

We only found out about this little gem through a tip. Otherwise, we would probably never have found our way to this wonderful terrace and excellent bar. The drinks are full of creativity, taste absolutely bombastic and are far beyond from the (mostly quite high) standard you get elsewhere. What's more, the service staff are absolutely friendly and go out of their way to serve you the best drink to suit your taste. It’s a shame I didn’t took pictures of our tasty drinks 🥲 If we didn't have to leave, we would spend every evening here. Location and view 10/10 points, drinks 10/10 points and people...
