Read moreI was in this place the whole day from 07 am to 20 pm, working and eating. The food and coffee was delicious, the pastry I got not 100% my thing, but still okay. I payed 20€ for a pizza, a coffee and a pastry which I consider on the expensive end for Mexico. Although I was there all day and spent money, the barista was unfriendly and the waiters kinda ignored me most of the time. I had to ask for water and in the end serve myself, while guests next to me just got it served without question. Felt weird and uncomfortable. I can't explain what the reason for this was since I was always friendly and warm with the staff.
EDIT: Andrés who works at the backery counter spoke perfect english and was the only one being really warm and welcoming that day. Props to you! Give this guy a raise!
EDIT 2: I was sick a while ago so I could not eat anything heavy and asked for their chicken noodle soup. They did not serve me because it was on the Kids menu and I am an Adult. I told them my problem that I cant eat anything else but they did not care. Had to leave....

As I been told this is one of the coffee roasters that dedicate to the highest quality of beans, that means, all hand harvest with only red beans (others might use machine and mixed red and green beans when harvest) we see coffee master sorting out beans while they roast the coffees and there are many verieties of beans as well as brew method to choose from.
I choose chemex method with their most popular beans, mezcla, from Soconusco region in Chiapa. Flavor is well balanced with a bit chocolate, fruit and floral with slight acidity.
The cafe has a great ambience and music, I chilled here while hubby wants walk around the centro district.
I will come back...
