My recent visit to Enrizos Restaurante Plaza HEBE in Chihuahua was a mixed experience. On occasions when I've dined with a large group of people, I've found the service to be quite good, with attentive staff catering to our needs promptly. However, the weekends tend to be extremely crowded, which can lead to extended wait times for both service and ordering additional items once the meal is served.

One noticeable drawback has been the coffee, which has left me disappointed, prompting me to stop ordering it altogether. On the brighter side, the Menudo served during the weekends is a standout and definitely worth trying.

I've also learned to steer clear of ordering pancakes, as they may not meet expectations. During some of my visits, there were instances where I had to walk up to the counter to request a coffee refill, which could have been more efficient.

The staff, while generally attentive, may not always be at their friendliest when the place is overcrowded. This can impact the overall dining experience.

Regarding local dishes, they often hit the mark, but consistency can vary. Some days, they are delicious and well-prepared, while on other occasions, they might come off as either dry or overly mushy.

Even though I have mixed experiences, I still choose to dine at Enrizos Restaurante Plaza HEBE in Chihuahua, primarily because I know what not to order, its spacious dining area and convenient location, which makes it easy to find. However, it's worth noting that parking can be a bit challenging to secure, especially on busy weekends. The Worst service ever. They keep us there waiting for "napkins" and "Tortillas" longer than an hour; the waiter never shows off after he took us the order and some of the glasses were unclean, I had to go directly to ask for the bill 'cause no one was trying to help us. Such a shame for this "restaurant"...

Este restaurante me gusta mucho pero es la primera vez que visito la sucursal en el periférico y creo que pueden mejorar en el servicio, pues aunque es bueno, los meseros son atentos, hacen lo que pueden con tanta gente, creo que necesitan más personal tanto en las mesas como en la cocina, nos llevaron nuestro pedido algo lento, pedí un menudo y no me llevaron cuchara, no nos dieron servilletas, no había papel para secarse las manos en el baño y todo esto creo que es a raíz que de había mucha más gente de la que realmente podían atender.

El menudo estaba muy rico, a una buena temperatura, pero unos huevos al gusto con guisado que pedimos, se nos hizo muy escasa la porción a comparación de lo que nos han servido en la sucursal del Reliz y el Centro.

A demás, hacia muchísimo calor, creo que sí tenían prendido el aire acondicionado pero no daba abasto para la cantidad de gente que éramos.
