Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Coahuila

The picture speaks for itself... while I usually really like Carl's Jr. this location was very disappointing. I ordered the big portobello mushroom burger which was horrible... and nothing like my visit last month to Carl's Jr. in Saltillo where I proudly posted a picture of the same meal, which was night and day different and so much better.

The fries here were good and I like the large self serve drink but the burger ruined this trip. The service here was fast and friendly but the burger was such a disappointment that I ordered a pizza from Domino's to take home.

I gave the Atmosphere a 2 stars only because this is a food court in the mall, and there is nothing really nice about any mall food court.

Ill return and enjoy stand-alone Carl's Jr. locations but Ill hesitate to go...

Pedí comida para llevar, específicamente en una aplicación de reparto. Pedí 3 hamburguesas, dos llegaron bien, pero la tercera (double western) me llegó con una sola carne. La pedí porque la ventaja es que es doble, dos carnes, no una. Cuando solicité el reembolso, con fotografía y descripción de porque solicitaba el reembolso, no aceptaron porque la hamburguesa estaba “bien”. Mínimo esperaría la mitad del reembolso, porque la diferencia de precio es exagerada. Les adjunto la fotografía de la hamburguesa, donde no se encuentra la segunda carne.
