I ordered some gorditas with different fillings. They were good but not excellent. If you like huevo rojo spicy on a flour tortilla. Do not order them. They are not spicy, the eggs have no salt to speak of and the flour tortilla is dry and hard with no flavor. The other fillings were ok, like nopalitos, and deshebrada. I order a quesadilla with flor de calabaza and it was the best thing of all in corn tortilla. Really good cheese and the tortilla tasted so good and it was crispy good. Service was a little slow due to the amount of people and time I visited. All in all I give it an 8 out of 10. If you like to sightsee it is within walking distance of old church and plaza in the center of old Saltillo. I did not take any pictures...

The chef actually knows what “medium rare” means and table-side presentation and sense of SERVICE was very evident. What I have learned to call “Dining Room Showmanship” is definitely taught and recognized by the staff.
A date-night place, yet kid-friendly. Perfect for families as well as anyone with an appetite for good food. I had the ribeye with a baked potato and a side of guacamole. The house-made chips and their toppings were a great start to an excellent meal.

The dish I ordered was meat-heavy and served for 3-4 people. The only downside was the lack of vegetables. It would have been better if it had as many vegetables as it had meat.
