Villa de Saltillo — Restaurant in Coahuila

Service was basically non-existent. After we were sat, the hostess didn’t inform us of who would be our server or give us menus. After 5 minutes of waiting, a server comes up and just asks us “you aren’t ready, are you?”. She had just dropped off our menus. Didn’t even ask for our drinks. She walked off, and some time later another server walked up, with a much nicer attitude. Took our order, and slowly started to bring us some things. The other server walked up and wanted to take our order, but we told her we had already ordered with somebody else. I had to constantly ask the server for things because even though he kept walking by us, even locked eyes with me each time, he wouldn’t ask us if we were ok or if we needed anything else. Hostess didn't seem to care, took us to our table, we asked for a highchair she said okay and disappeared never to return. Had to ask our waiter for the highchair. Chips and salsa is delicious, food was good for the most part, we ended up ordering like six plates of food. We ate, paid as usual, and left. The thing that bugs me is the fact that two from the group returned to ask and use the restroom not too long after leaving( in the area exploring) but was turned away by the same hostess from before saying that it's not open to the public. We were just there dumb girl, paying customers too and not even from that long ago. No decency or courtesy to their customers. Benefit of the doubt, train the hostess more or get a better hostess. This was my first time visiting and I never want to come back. I had a terrible experience with the service and the place was full of flies that kept landing on our food. I went to move the fan towards us to keep them away and the lady in a blue shirt named Arlen rudely took it away from us. I was with my fiancé and my mother and I guess a larger table that they set up was more important than us. It’s a shame to see people act like this and I wasn’t even given an apology. I urge all of the people who have seen my reviews not to visit this overrated place.

PT 2 sábado 21 de julio Volví ir con la esperanza de un mejor trato pero al llegar quise sentarme en un lugar más privado y luego un mesero me dice que no ahí no y nos cambia a fuerzas a una mesa que se encontraba sucia. Lo tuvo que limpiar. Total dijo que no porque la mesa era para 6 personas y éramos dos. Luego viene y se lleva las sillas de esa mesa dejando solo 4 las mismas cantidad de sillas donde nos ubicamos. Toda la comida estaba pasada de sal los totopos, la salsa, la carne, los chilaquiles… parece que era broma. No bastó con eso si no el mesero golpeó su atomizador en la mesa pensando y diciendo que lo estaba amenazando porque le dije que tuviera cuidado por la mala experiencia que ya tuvimos. Al final de nuestra cena fui a comentar todo al gerente y no nos pudo solucionar nada. Más bien me hecho la culpa a mi por no avisarle cada ves que estaba mal algo como si yo tuviera que pararme a reclamar cada vez. Para empezar las cosas no deberían estar mal.
