Pozoleria Tia Calla Plateros — Restaurant in Guerrero

Okay I have to be completely honest here, I've tried way better pozole than the one at this place. Which was kind of disappointing because I've heard very good things about this pozoleria. There was something missing in the pozole, it wasn't as flavorful. I ordered the white version, and my brother ordered the green version; which in my opinion was better, but still not as good. Why the four stars? Because of the taquitos that we ordered on the side. I can't remember the name of these crunchy taquitos. But they are filled with tinga (shredded chicken with chipotle). Those were the most delicious tacos I've ever eaten in my life! Our waiter was very nice, and attentive. The place was super crowded, but they got us a table right away. One quick note, there's two locations of Pozoleria Tia Calla, we went to both, the one that it's on a second floor is way less crowded than...

Good located place if you are walking on the main street of Taxco, little bit hard to find the entrance (we thought was through a silver store 😅).

Food was nice , i chose a salad with chicken (good portion) and my boyfriend order the famous pozole but unfortunately he didn't like as much his expectation were. Stuff was very nice

I suggest if still seat available to get a table at the terrace cos the view...

Llegando a Taxco y bajando de la camioneta un señor nos abordó y pues ahí entramos sin ver más lugares por que estaba amplio y éramos muchos! Muy mala decisión! A parte de que muchos productos no tenían, y pues se nos antojó el pozole verde , característico de Guerrero, que no había y para comer enchiladas pues mejor la como acá, en fin ya adentro nos sentamos en una mesa en medio del salón, vimos que una mesa de la terraza se desocupó y nos movimos para allá, oh grave error , nos tocó la peor mesera que me ha atendido en la vida, mal encarada, grosera, prepotente, mal educada, lenta, en fin ! La comida (pozole) tenía bien sabor y los precios estaban considerables! Terminamos dando propina a pesar que desde el inicio dijimos que no le daríamos nada por grosera! Pero cuando se la di, le di también un consejo: que tratara bien a sus clientes, a lo cual me dio réplica muy altanera, y hasta me dijo : pues si quiere repórteme! Claramente se ve que por ser la menos fea es favorecida por el encargado y de ahí su prepotencia, pero aunque sea la flor más bella del ejido debe te re buena actitud, si no les gusta su trabajo, busque otro! Viven del turismo y lo tratan mal, pues se quedarán sin clientes! NO LO RECOMIENDO, y...
