CHU•CHO — Local services in Guerrero

This was not a good experience at all! From the rude customer service to the sub-par drinks I am sure not to return. We took the time to ask the staff for recommendations on the milkshakes, which we then ordered two of the recommended drinks. Whilst waiting for our food and drink, multiple customers came in, ordered food, waited, and still were served ahead of us. We soon got our food and to find out that the drinks were not present. When we asked about the drinks, we were met with a very rude response on how we never ordered any drinks even though we asked for their recommendations? It did not make sense. We took out the receipt to double check if the drinks were there and when the employee (Elizabeth) took the receipt she responded with “well as you can see the milkshakes cost 85; and obviously there’s nothing that cost 85 on your receipt.” She further went on to say “I also read your order back to you the first time so why did you not realize it.” Completely unacceptable - I can understand if there was a miscommunication; however that is not how one should handle this type of situation. We ended up having to re order the drinks and rather than being happy, as a milkshake should make someone, we were met with pure disappointment. I do not recommend this spot and plan on not returning...
