We were encouraged to go there by a man. We went there because it was raining heavly and it was the closest wheelchair accessible restaurant. We had to tip the man who recommended the place $10 pesos. Everything was fine, we ordered and bread was served with 2 kinds of salsa and a spicy butterspread. All of a sudden only one item was delivered from oyr meal... 5 then 8 10 minutes passed. We asked where the rest of our food was. They said oops sorry its coming. The pozole was salty, the enchiladas suizas were burnt and salty, the kids chicken fingers were under cooked on the inside and burnt on the outside. It was the grossest flavor of enchiladas we have ever tasted. We told the server and he offered another food item. By this time we had lost precious time in their establishment and opted to leave. We paid for drinks 1 coffee, 5 sodas and 2 meals. $360 pesos and a $50 pesos tip. No apologies nothing 👎! ...

It is my opinion that they overcharge to give a kickback to the tour company bringing the people, we where seated outside and there was a nasty smell coming from the halway/bathroom that was below us. Would...
Read moreThis was a perfect spot for dining and watching the multiple “Processions” go by in Holy Week. That’s all the highlights. My wife piña colada was below average and the Mole Rosa was COLD and pretty small. And to round the package, only cash accepted for payment. For these prices you expect better. We were in a traveling group and this was a suggestion from the hotel front desk. We hear similar stories from several parties. We feel this was a ripoff after eating at other spots at Taxco the following days with better...
