I don't know where to begin. First the music is defening. I couldn't even hear what the cashier said. Secondly, the employees refuse to make any modifications to menu items, even giving the bread an extra minute to toast goes against their "protocol". Then, they got my order completely wrong after charging me extra for tomato that was left off the sandwich. I think it was on purpose to retaliate for my audacious requests. All I asked for was to toast the bread a little extra time. I know it toasts on a conveyor belt, but how hard can it be to run it through twice or stick it on the grill face down for a minute? No effort is made for the customer. "Rules are rules," and the customer better shut...

Moved here a few months ago from Florida to Puerto Vallarta and discovered Carls Jr, an American chain, which I never visited in the United states. Fantastic Burgers, fantastic fries, fantastic chicken fingers with the kids meals. Delicious strawberry chocolate vanilla ice cream for the kids with the meal. unbelievable service and a big playground that my daughter just loves we've been there at least 14 times in 2 months. It's not cheap, the prices are not cheap, but the experience is fantastic, clean,great food, great service. I'll post pictures...

Pretty good for fast food What I found the most interesting was that their chicken burger was actually real chicken like a chicken breast that was deep fried . Now I say this because if you go to McDonald’s because you’re from Canada, you would know that when you eat their food, especially their chicken. It’s all blended up full of stuff that you don’t even know about. So if you’re hungry because you just got off a plane or you’re hungry because you got stuck in the Walmart parking lot because you don’t have pesos drive on down...
