We are staying at Hyatt Ziva all inclusive hotel and Casa Grande is one of their restaurants on site. They just changed their menu when we came and it has elevated Mexican cuisine for me! I pride myself with being able to have all the cuisine in the world living in Las Vegas, but the Shrimp aquachile, Birria tacos ( a traditional food in the state of Jalisco) and the Grilled octopus were all superb in their preparation! Me and my husband went here for a dinner and did not want to sway an extra minute. The food is also very mediocre. It’s better than the Italian place at the resort but still very mediocre given that this is the local cuisine.
