I know Los Muertos gets a lot of hype but Concha’s Chinas is a far better beach imo. The water is much bluer and clear enough to see fish, crabs, etc. The waves are calm and safe for those who aren’t confident swimmers. There weren’t many people on either of the days that I went, and there were fewer people hawking goods than at Los Muertos. The downside for some, though is that you can’t really get a whole lot of food over there, so you may want to bring snacks and drinks with you. There are sandy parts of the beach which are good for children and rocky parts. There are definitely some fish near rocks so bring your mask. No restrooms. Almost no beach vendors.
