Chai Av. México — Restaurant in Jalisco

The food was ok, looked just as what we expected. Staff were nice too and all plates were served fast, but the problem was the way they deal with tip jajaja... We were told that we cannot pay tip by an individual plate and should pay in percentage of total, so we changed our mind not to pay. However, we were charged 10% for the tip and asked them back to cancel it. Yet the staff told me that it takes 3 days to receive the amount and I said still its ok. Then she suddenly changed her attitude saying its impossible to cancel and kept talked about bank... I mean why does BANK matters when we just want refund of wrong charges?! It DOESNT MAKE SENSE at all😂😂 The most unsensible moment in GDL...

They brought me the wrong drink and then blamed me for it and didnt want to exchange it because I took a sip (that is how I found out it was the wrong drink.) They finally swapped it and lectured me on the difference between the drinks. I know the difference, its why I ordered the one I ordered. It finally arrived and it was the worst chai latte I've ever had. Not sure if that was intentional but I wouldn't be suprised. Other than that, the atmosphere is very nice. Its just a shame and unprofessional how they choose to handle...

La comida es buena, no hay mucha variedad pero por el precio esta bien, el servicio de el mesero en particular el que nos atendió deja mucho que desear se veía desalineado traía cabello largo semi recogido tardo mucho tiempo en traer las bebidas y el pan que era para empezar a desayunar lo trajo a medio desayuno cabe resaltar que no había muchos clientes como para poder justificar su tardanza cuando llegue pedi buffet para mi y sobre mi hijo que tiene 3 años me dijeron que el mesero lo iba a estar monitoreando y según su consumo sería un cobro de 89 pesos o si de plano su consumo era poco sería gratis.. ya al final de el desayuno cuando estábamos ordenando los postres el mesero llegó con un jugo para mi hijo era de naranja el cual ya estaba pasado y amargo y mencionó que era parte de el menú infantil.. enseguida de eso pedí la cuenta y llego el cobro de el buffet de mi hijo.. al parecer un mini wafle con yogurth y lechera (que fue todo lo que consumio mi hijo) al mesero le pareció que era suficiente para que cubriera un menú infantil.. no me molesta pagar dicho menu aun que su consumo haya sido mínimo me molesta es la poca actitud de servicio y la tardanza injustificada de este mesero claro que regresaría siempre y cuando no...
