Excellent service great personal clean place overall a really good experience specially with the food the burgers are of really high quality really love the meat and how it all comes together and I really love those criss cross fries they have a amazing taste what I don’t recommend is to ask for extra cheese Bc they don’t even put it in the burger so that’s the only thing I would really have to complain about this place but other than that great place great taste amazing People overall a 10/10...

Son 2 estrellas de calificación porque es la 2da. vez y última que vengo a esta sucursal, PÉSIMO servicio: estuve 20 min aprox en fila para solicitar mi pedido y sólo tenía a 2 personas delante de mí (de esas personas taradas que parece que nunca han comido hamburguesas en su vida y que le tienes que explicar todo hasta de donde viene la carne y donde sembraron los vegetales) más las 4 personas después de mí y la cajera más ciega y lenta imposible, agregale la demora para que te trajeran la famosa hamburguesa, fríiiiiiiiiia y con aderezos cuando la solicite sin aderezos pero las papas supercalientes, devolver el pedido para que hicieran nuevamente la hamburguesa y regresarme a ver por si no el hacen "algo" durante su elaboración. Son expertos en amargarle la cena a cualquiera. Tomen en cuenta estas áreas de oportunidad para mejorar su pésimo servicio, por suerte hay otras sucursales y otras opciones de hamburguesas en Tlaquepaque y el ticket dice"propina no incluida" y seguirán sin propina no se la merecen por el...
