Mom and i went to Tlaquepaque for some shopping and we decided on The Patio.I started with the Fig and Mezcal Margarita. The smokiness of the Mezcal really complimented the fig. Very unusual Margarita. But tasty. I got Mom to try the Guacamole with Chapulines(Oaxcan Grasshoppers) which it was my 1st time trying them too. I was suprised they a nice gentle lime flavor and added a little crunch. I'm pretty game on what I ll try. I had the Chicken Breast Mole which was Delicious. The breast was a Large size, not over cooked. The Mole was a nice rich smooth flavor. Mom had the Pineapple fish. The fish looked amazing and was well cooked but I think they missed the flavor on the construction of the Pineapple and the sauce. Sometimes cooks just don't taste their food enough.
