Mom and i went to Tlaquepaque for some shopping and we decided on The Patio.I started with the Fig and Mezcal Margarita. The smokiness of the Mezcal really complimented the fig. Very unusual Margarita. But tasty. I got Mom to try the Guacamole with Chapulines(Oaxcan Grasshoppers) which it was my 1st time trying them too. I was suprised they a nice gentle lime flavor and added a little crunch. I'm pretty game on what I ll try. I had the Chicken Breast Mole which was Delicious. The breast was a Large size, not over cooked. The Mole was a nice rich smooth flavor. Mom had the Pineapple fish. The fish looked amazing and was well cooked but I think they missed the flavor on the construction of the Pineapple and the sauce. Sometimes cooks just don't taste their food enough. The fish itself was very fresh. Great veggies but needs something more dominant and definitely more Salt(im not a salter usually). Maybe some peppers, or roasted garlic.. The flavor was their but too light. I hope this comes off as constructive as I feel you have a good dish. But can be...

We celebrated the day after our wedding at El Patio in Tlaquepaque, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the start, the staff was incredibly flexible and accommodating, helping us organize a reservation for 50 people. They made sure we were all seated close together, which made the celebration feel even more special and intimate.

The food was outstanding—flavorful, authentic, and beautifully presented. Every guest had something great to say about their meal. The service was exceptional too; the staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.

The ambiance was lively and festive, enhanced by live music that added the perfect touch to our celebration. We stayed for several hours and enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend El Patio for any special occasion or simply a great night out in...

We came in this restaurant while we were not even hungry. We were greeted by the bartender, Paloma, very sweet and helpful to understand the options for our drink. We ordered the adelita rosa per her suggestion and it was so delicious that we ordered more. And then she introduced our server , Santiago, who was fast and helpful. He suggested the special plate, Chile en Nogada, and explained the story and history behind it. It was fascinating enough that we orders one to try. To Our surprise , we finished the food and thanked him for suggesting this fodd to us. This chile en Nogada is the one dish that exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We will be back because we had so much fun making these memories. The experience exceeded our expectations.
