El Negrito restaurant — Restaurant in Jalisco

I walked in the restaurant, nobody greeted me, there were a few tables but staff seemed to be struggling to keep up, I waved a lady passing by she asked me to sit anywhere we like. We sit down and waited…and waited…and waited….no menu, no “welcome here is a menu I’ll be right with you”, nothing, we waited a bit more and finally we literally walked out. We went to the Los Alcatraces Restaurant instead, they were even more busy and the service was fast and efficient. The staff was wonderful. Amazing actually. There was a spicy enchilada out of my 5 mixed enchiladas and he saw my face and asked which was my favorite and I told him so he brought me two more for free. The manager came over to check on us. It was air conditioned and pleasant. They even sent us home with fried bananas. Outstanding service and they make things right. We will go back. Hola , siempre fue muy agradable visitar este Restaurante, hoy fue decepcionante , lamentablemente hoy tuvimos que irnos sin desayunar , entre Isa y el joven mesero nos hicieron saber con mucha amabilidad eso sí que nuestro desayuno tardaría mucho porque la plancha estaba fallando y había otras mesas antes que nosotros , eso lo podemos entender , lo que no es correcto es que no pasen la orden de nuestros alimentos por hacer otras cosas antes , cuando le comenté a Isa me contestó que así es el procedimiento y que tardarían en atender nuestra orden , pague los cafés di las gracias y me retire , fueron cordiales pero los clientes no esperamos solsme cordialidad, muy indispensable , sino también ver que se está considerando servir lo que pedimos , puede ser que mi comentario no les agrade y no les sea útil , pero lo hago de buena fe , que lástima que estén dejando caer la cálida de...
