I can't even begin to express how utterly disappointed we are with Diamond Transportation. We hired them for a crucial event, expecting professionalism and reliability, but what we received was an absolute nightmare.

First and foremost, they failed to complete the job. After confirming multiple times leading up to the event, they simply did not show up when it mattered most. We had guests relying on their transportation to get to the venue, and instead of a smooth arrival, we were left scrambling at the last minute.

To make matters worse, we had to resort to calling Ubers for our guests, which was not only inconvenient but also embarrassing. Watching our friends and family standing outside in confusion, trying to figure out their own rides, was beyond frustrating. This is not what we envisioned for our special day.

Communication with Diamond Transportation was poor throughout the entire process. When we tried to reach out for an explanation, we were met with vague responses and a complete lack of accountability. It felt like we were dealing with a company that didn’t care about their clients or the commitments they made.

I could not say enough, our experience was outstanding. Our booking was easy; the information prior to our trip was provided in a timely manner. Questions were handled promptly and thoroughly, going out of their way to assist us. The transfers were perfect and done with a high-class SUV vehicle. Diamond Transportation Service provided us with outstanding service on our recent trip to Puerto Vallarta. Cesar was waiting for us as soon as we walked out of the terminal and carried our luggage to the vehicle. The van was spacious, clean and comfortable with great air conditioning.
