Inherente — Restaurant in Jalisco

Great concept, food looked good however sadly we weren't able to order anything we wanted as they were out of bread, croissants etc... we arrived at 11:40am for brunch. Service was very slow and had to ask for glasses for our water 2 times and napkins. This spot has potential but needs to be better managed, you can't be running out of bread mid day. That was a turn off for us. They did however apologise with a complementary cookie which was fabulous, the coffees we're delicious. Because of how they handled the situation we will definitely come back to try it again and have a better idea...

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant when visiting Guadalajara for the first time. The breakfast and brunch options were outstanding, especially the special croissant and torta de Milanesa. The cold brew orange blossom drink was refreshing and sweet I had to come back and order it again. The staff was friendly and attentive, and even offered my advice for my stay in the city :) not to mention the music and overall atmosphere was great also. Tenía muchas expectativas del lugar, lamentablemente fue una mala experiencia.

Primero hay pocas mesas (en un lugar enorme) x lo que seguro tendrás que esperar hasta 1 hr en pasar. (Cosa que no entiendo xq no poner más mesas y ya)

La comida: pedí un “crossaint” y tenía un sabor extraño, no sabía bien, todo estaba insípido.

La atención: LO PEORR. Ya que pudimos pasar después de la espera de 45 min estuvimos sentadas más de 30 min en un lugar de solo 8 mesas y nadie se acercó a atendernos.

Me cobraron de más al dar mi tarjeta, la cuenta decía un precio y me cobraron otro con la terminal. Tuve que regresar a pedirles el dinero que me cobraron.

Llegaron 3 messs después de mi y los atendieron primero en TODO!

Realmente un buen concepto con un pésimo servicio. Todo estuvo mal.

Lo único bueno fue la limonada morada que es linda visualmente...
