Very disappointing experience. Honestly with all the hype with it being the fastest restaurant in the world, listed in the top ten best restaurants in Guadalajara, etc, I didn't see any of that at all. Costumer Service was not terrible but not good either. I brought my family and wanted to sit at a table we saw available and seeing that the restaurant was not full, the lady told us in a negative manner that we couldn't sit where we wanted to and insisted we sat a smaller table. Another employee told her we could sit wherever we wanted to and to not be rude. Once seated, the first five minutes were great as they were very quick to take our orders and bring us our beverages. After that, everything went downhill. The waiter started to have a bit of an attitude problem, wouldn't checkup on us, and worst of all, the food took so long to come out! The restaurant was not full at all, so there's no excuse. On top of that, the food was not fresh! They already had dishes ready to be served. Yet they still took so long to bring it out. The quality of the food definitely was not what I expected and for what you're paying for, it's not worth it in my opinion. Only thing that was good were the Micheladas and the guacamole with chips. Overall it's definitely not worth the hype. Trust me, you could find better food for the price and better costumer service. But you can try your luck and see how it goes. They take both cash and card, and have a few parking slots outside...

My friend and I visited here during Mexican lunchtime since neither of us had eaten and it was around 2 PM. This restaurant came highly recommended so I had been looking forward to seeing if it lived up to its reputation.

INTERIOR:

This is a well-lit space and a large restaurant, though it won't feel like it during mealtimes (keep in mind that in Mexico, mealtimes differ greatly from those in the US or Canada).

FOOD:

My first time eating karne en su jugo, and I was pleasantly surprised! They give unlimited tortilla shells to accompany the main dish which goes well on its own, so no need for asking for rice or any other accompaniments.

DRINK:

The horchata here tasted amazing. It was possibly the best horchata I got in Guadalajara. There is no refill though.

SERVICE:

As the Guiness World Record that proudly hangs on their entrance wall states, their service is the fastest in the world because everything is already premade and their menu is quite small compared to other places.

My friend estimated 30 seconds between us ordering and them getting the drinks to our table. The food came shortly afterwards. Keep in mind this was a busy time of day!
