The food was delicious, however the 3 stars is for the service. We were visiting Guadalajara for chemo for my mom and we picked this place quickly to get back to the hospital. The server was immediately annoyed by the questions my mom was asking and he seemed bothered when she changed her order. We also asked for a regular menu since it was easier for her and he had an attitude as well. Even though the food was good, the lack of service sucks and we will not be returning. Unfortunately our Order arrived wrong and not all at the same time. The Meat was spoiled. The chef admitted that there other two locations had received the meat the same but decided to serve anyway. Also the Bacon on my Mothers plate was RAW after asking for it to be crispy. The chef said the the Owner R A U L was at fault because he knew that the proveier had giving spoiled meat but decided to use anyway. Never will I come back Magaly was very understanding and helpful but...

El lugar es bonito, aparentemente recién remodelado. Los espacios son muy cómodos y agradables, los baños están preciosos.

Solo añadiría las siguientes observaciones: -No hay nada de ventilación, ni aire, ni ventilador, ni ventanas; se llega a sentir muy sofocado. -Hay una gran variedad de platillos, que puedes combinar, sin embargo el precio-relación calidad- porciones, no se me hacen muy justas, por lo que te venden el lugar, más que el sabor. -Pedí dos opciones en bebida y comida y me las negaron porque no tenían. -Le hicimos algunas preguntas al primer mesero y no supo contestarnos, no sé si era nuevo o desconocía los productos que vendía. -El refil de café y si no me esquivó hasta los vasos de agua que nos ofrecieron nos los cobraron, y aún precio no tan accesible, para lo que representaba. -Cuentan con valet parking, pero literal tu coche se queda afuera en la calle, y al final, aparte que le debes de dar lo que gustes al valet, solo te entrega tu llave y tú tienes que ir hasta donde quedó tu vehículo.
