Hotel Guadalajara Country Club by HNF — Hotel in Jalisco

Stayed here as a Platinum member but was disappointed that no upgrade was offered, even though suites were available. Basic amenities like toothbrush, vanity kit, and slippers were missing. Room was not well maintain, and the AC is really noisy. But lucky I rarely on the AC.

The breakfast buffet spread is quite limited, but compared to other Marriott properties in Guadalajara, it stands out a little better.

Room was good and clean but nothing crazy. However, shower floor tile was slightly loose and would squeeze out water from the center of the floor. Gym was also underwhelming as the AC wasn’t working and only had elliptical, bikes, and dumbbells; no treadmill and weight machine was out of order. Overall felt like a 3-star hotel experience but the front desk staff is great. Come if you can save some money but wouldn’t be my top choice in terms...
