Really poor experience. We are a small family treating ourselves a dinner out. We are not difficult people and even were understanding when they got my order completely wrong, I ordered gnocchi and got spaghetti (it wasn’t even close but I said it was ok and had that instead. I did note they didn’t discount it on the bill even though they knew they made an error).

Our son is 2 and we asked if they had chocolate milk. They checked and said yes. When our bill came it was $90 pesos per glass, so $180 for the two glasses our son had. That is more than my entree (?!?). When i asked they said that was the price and nothing they could do about it. Terrible customer service. We went for dinner here, and I ordered a pizza errently that wasn't what I expected (which was my error as I misinterpreted the menu). The waiter was very good and offered to replace the pizza...however the gentlemen running the place chose to aggressively and rudely address us and that he would not accommodate a change. Not a very friendly place to ask for something different....and the food that we did eat was certainly not worthy of the menu pricing. I would not recommend this establishment as we were handled with hostility. We did move on to LaTerrazza Roma around the corner in the Marina, and it was outstanding in all measures. Very cozy, inside has air conditioning and outside patio natural ambiance. Waiters were very nice and friendly. Was asked if we wanted water for the table, which I said yes as we were thirsty from walking in from the heat. Many upsells, make sure to always ask if it’s free or at a cost. Pasta was really good. Small portion. We had a birthday and we were charged for the dessert. Which most places offer at no cost. If there was a cost, then inform the clients.
