From the first bite, it’s clear that Meson Ibérico isn’t just serving food—it’s serving Spain on a plate. Each dish represents a different region, as if the entire country decided to throw a culinary reunion right in front of you.
Our taste buds took a tapas tour that included the silky Fideua, tender Pulpo a la Gallega, classic Tortilla Española, hearty Cachopo, and the delightfully fresh Ensaladilla Ventresca. Each dish was made with the kind of top-tier ingredients that would make any abuela proud, and tasted so authentic that we half expected to see a bullfight in the background.
And let’s not forget dessert. The Tarta de Santiago and Cheese Pie were so good, they deserve their own standing ovation.
The service? Impeccable. Cesar, you’re a legend. Pedro you run the business impeccably. Thanks for everything!
In short, Meson Ibérico is a must-visit—a little slice of Spain nestled in Marina Vallarta. Just be warned: once you eat here, you might start pronouncing ‘tapas’ with a...

And when we told him about it, he said I did nothing wrong and there was no need to apologize, but I think it is not a matter of apologizing or not apologizing, but rather, if a customer is uncomfortable, it is important to understand that first. The manager's attitude afterwards was good and food was okay, but in general the restaurant was over the top with nothing to feel good about. I was very disappointed that a restaurant with such good reviews would have so aggressive...
