Starbucks- Marina Vallarta — Restaurant in Jalisco

I’m amazed and how easy Starbucks tries to rip you off. Mind you I’m a Starbucks fanatic but today’s visit left me outraged.

I ordered my typical berry refresher and they told me they did not have the berries but that I could order it and have the strawberries instead which I agreed (although not the best choice) but when I hot the receipt I noticed that they had charged me 9 pesos (about 45 cents) for the strawberries I complained, which I should not have been placed in the uncomfortable situation to have to complain and they returned the 9 pesos. THEY DID NOT HAVE BERRIES yet they did not offer the drink 9 pesos cheaper but to add the strawberries they charged me NINE pesos although this was something they were lacking. I find this VERY DISRESPECTFUL

PLEASE EVERYONE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BECAUSE THEY ARE GETTING RICH NOT JUST FROM YOUR DRINKS BUT ALSO BY...

Everytime someone wants to meet they seem to pick this location for some reason. It couldn't be further from my house than anywhere, but the coffee is always good. (Nice job Howard) and I have had the teas which are also nice. The snacks served here are different than the states but the quality is equally as good and variety is always nice. I can almost always count on Starbucks delivering what I order no matter where I am and that is a bit scary when you think that maybe it should be a little different just because everything else around me is. Well located close to the Marina, Hey owner ! Put an eye on your business, service is awful! Sloooooow and they do not remember what you ordered, terrible service. Yesterday there was no Coffee because of water problem ??? Today ordered Cappuccino and asked to have double shot of coffee but never mind, tastes nothing and for the blueberry muffin… forget it, I got a chocolate muffin… had to go back to change it… its a mess Seriously, put an eye there, invoices are not...
