CLOSED - STARBUCKS - CLOSED NOT A STARBUCKS EXPERIENCE, ALMOST NOT ORDINARY BEYOND UNSATISFACTORY Puerto Vallarta Airport Starbucks.

Would have been better experience with Push Button Machine. This is why automation is taking jobs and deservingingly so because these employees don’t deserve to wear a Starbucks Uniforms

Horrible Customr Service and Ungrateful employees to have such a valuable job earning Tips. They obviously work a flood of Toursim and just care less.

They told us at 5 am they open. We Waited at the tables closest to the Starbucks and we along with 10 others approached and the group mumbled they needed more time and said 30 more minutes for preparation. They all exited to the bathroom with telephone and Cigarettes. We observed them giggling and joking being insensitive to the fact of early morning travelers displaying a lack of concern for being prompt to open and courtesy to customers.

Only come if No Choice. Employees are insensitive and could care less about travelers, immune to customer service and taking an extra break whenever they can at the expense of flyers.

They Even turned down a flight crew that surely needed coffee.

Unsatisfactory for them not to open on time because of their failed preparation.

Then the business opened at 5:15 with almost no mention and trash cans still blocking . BASICALLY it was a roost to get the Rush of People in need of coffee most away from the Opening at 5 am because they could. After, there Attitude was Horrible . Extremely bad service. If I could give a place 0 stars, I would give it to here. I ordered a strawberry açai refresher with strawberry boba. They gave me the refresher, without the strawberries in it and then didn’t give me any boba in it. Couldn’t even ask for them to give me it because they weren’t listening. The person working there should have looked closer as if clearly stated I wanted boba in it. My sister also had a bad experience with this place. She ordered an iced chai with cold foam and at first the worker only gave her a chai. Then she proceeded to ask them to give her cold foam and then they just quickly made her some mediocre vanilla cold foam. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. I will never come to...

Busy Starbucks location. I’ve only been a couple times, but I think it’s the only Starbucks in the departure area post security. There is another cafe in the waiting area if you don’t like Starbucks.

The staff is always friendly and move quickly. As an American it’s fun to see the different drinks and food they offer. All the food I’ve ever tried has been delicious! I really like the pastries (cakes, pies, etc).
